Order Processing Times

  • Standard Orders that include only faux leather and fabric: Processed and shipped within 7 business days.
  • Custom Orders which include bow strips, headbands, scrunchies and other manufactured items: Require up to 10 business days for processing.
  • Personalized Sheets or Acrylics: Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. High order volumes or unforeseen circumstances may extend processing times; we will communicate any delays promptly.
